Refund policy

All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. At Kratom Natural, we are committed to working directly with our customers to reach a fair and reasonable resolution whenever possible.

To be eligible for consideration, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return request, please contact us at info@kratomnatural.com. Returns must be sent to the address provided once your request has been reviewed and approved.

If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
